Workstream set-up and launch
- 6 workstreams – designed and operationalized (e.g., designed of the new UX, change management, development of new marketing & sales processes, roles and responsibilities alignment, etc.).
 - Business requirements, RFP and selection of IT vendors to start design and implementation of the required future architecture.
 
03.
PMO support
- Implementation coordination (60+ stakeholders involved).
 - Management updates and support to key steering meetings.
 - Program KPIs development and tracking.
